Three Wells Fargo Center Updates

Building Notices

Card Access System Upgrade:

What is happening?
As we continue to enhance our building card access technology, we have upgraded the card access software at Two and Three Wells Fargo Centers, The Green & 500 S. College, and Duke Energy Center. As a result, the card access badging locations have changed.

How will this affect me?
Going forward, building occupants who need to activate a building access card for multiple locations, including One, Two and Three Wells Fargo Centers, The Green & 500 S. College, and Duke Energy Center should go to the card access badging office located on the Lobby level at Duke Energy Center. Office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. through noon.

Building occupants who need to activate a building access card for One Wells Fargo Center only, should continue to go to the card access badging located on the Lobby level of One Wells Fargo Center.

For building card access holders who require no action, you should not see any change in activity at the turnstiles and you should be able to swipe your badge for access as normal.

What should I do?
Please share this information with those in your department and office who are access coordinators or involved in the building card access process.

Hurricane Florence - Building Management Update

For Charlotte Building Occupants
Hurricane Florence - Building Management Update

What is happening?

As you are aware, Hurricane Florence is approaching the North Carolina coastline and is expected to bring tropical force winds and heavy rainfall to the Charlotte region with the potential for flooding, wind damage, power outages, and other impacts to property. Weather experts currently project that the Charlotte area could begin to experience high winds beginning later today or early Friday, with heavy rain extending through the weekend and possibly into early next week.

How will this affect me?

The Building Management team is taking steps to maintain operational continuity, secure the building against damage, and provide for the safety of all occupants. Our team is taking this situation very seriously and will be as prepared as possible as this weather emergency unfolds. The actual impact of this storm on the Charlotte area is still uncertain, so tenants should prepare for the possibility of storm damage which could affect access to or use of the property.

What should I do?

The Building Management team will provide updates to designated tenant contacts via email or phone if weather conditions affect the safety or use of the property. Depending on circumstances, we will provide an update no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday with a status report on the property and noting any conditions which may affect access or operations. Please pass along information to your employees as needed for their awareness of property conditions. Also make sure that your contact information is up to date, including emergency contact / cell phone numbers for key members of your firm.

Most importantly, make personal safety your top priority. Monitor news outlets for storm updates, follow government recommendations, and provide for your personal and family safety at home and when traveling. Here are some additional resources which may assist you in the coming days:
