Building Notices

Three Wells Fargo Center l Scheduled Domestic Water Outage July 28, 2018

What is happening?

On Saturday, July 28th, beginning at 5:00 AM, the domestic water supply to Three Wells Fargo Center will be shut down in order to perform an annual, state-required inspection of the system’s Back Flow Prevention Device. Barring any unforeseen problems, this inspection and water outage should last for approximately twenty minutes. In the rare event of an extended outage, the condenser water system may need to be shut down, causing an interruption of the building and tenant HVAC systems. If this occurs, water will be restored to the system as soon as possible in order to get all HVAC equipment back on-line and fully operational.

How will this affect me?

During this inspection, water will not be available for break room sinks and ice machines, water fountains and restrooms. The building’s HVAC and fire suppression systems will remain in operation during this outage. Tenants’ dedicated package units that support server rooms will not be affected.

What should I do?

While this work has been scheduled outside of normal business hours to minimize the inconvenience of inoperable restrooms, building occupants should plan accordingly.
